Stanley P. Stone & Associates, Inc. is a consulting firm, established in 1985, that specializes in providing professional support services to municipal underwriters, financial advisors, bond attorneys and debt administrators to assist them in “running the numbers” and preparing documents and studies in connection with a wide variety of tax-exempt and taxable debt financings and special projects. These financings and special projects include new money and refunding bond issues, pooled financings, bond defeasances, escrow re-structurings, fair value reports, financial feasibility studies, pro-forma debt service coverage projections, and other complex assignments. Our services are particularly valuable to our clients during periods of work overload, when there is an unexpected shortage of personnel, or when they require an independent analysis and review of their work to insure accuracy and completeness.

We provide consulting services exclusively, and are retained strictly on an as-needed basis, either on an hourly basis or project-by-project basis. Since 1985 we have been retained in connection with numerous municipal financings totaling over $20 billion in par amount. We maintain a headquarters office in Delray Beach, Florida and a satellite office in New York, NY.

Stanley P. Stone & Associates, Inc. is a registered municipal advisor with the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission and is also registered with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board. The firm is an Affiliate Member of the National Association of Municipal Advisors (NAMA), formerly the National Association of Independent Public Finance Advisors (NAIPFA), which establishes strict criteria for independent advisory firms. Mr. Stone is a Certified Independent Professional Municipal Advisor (CIPMA).
